Mahbub finished his B.Sc in CSE from Asian University of Bangladesh and M.Sc in Telecommunication Engineering from East West University. He has achieved MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNA Cyber OPS, cnPilot certification on Cambium Wireless Networks, MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) and RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer). Mahbub worked with an INGO, Relief International from 2005 to 2016 and his last position was ICT Manager. Before joining BURO Bangladesh as Senior Manager–IT, he additionally experienced with eminent Software Company, Devante Limited as Server Deployment Engineer. Where arranging, establishment, design Linux servers for software’s was his core duties. He has an eagerness for Data Center Network, Network Security Monitoring (NSM) tools, CISCO and MikroTik items, vmWare, Linux Servers and new technologies. He loves to read books, travels home and abroad and cycling is his weekend amusement.

Zaid finished his BSc in CSE from Daffodil International University and MSc in CSE from Daffodil International University. He has five years’ work experienced ISP company called BDCOM Online Limited as position of executive. Now he is working BURO Bangladesh as Manager–IT.
With more than six years’ experience as a Network Engineer, I am adept in network hardware selection, installation, and maintenance. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, I excel at:
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Updating network infrastructure with latest hardware and security updates.
- Analyzing specific hardware and entire network systems.
- Collaborating with vendors to resolve problems and update equipment.
